With over 25 years of experience, Marcus Denman has dedicated his career to serving individuals with IDD and other vulnerable populations. He brings extensive expertise in both service provision and business management.
Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He commenced his journey as a direct support professional, gradually advancing to a QMRP role within the ICF program, and ultimately assuming the position of Program Director. His professional trajectory includes roles as a service coordinator and program director for the local authority in Harris County, where he collaborated with various providers across Texas, including The Village Learning & Achievement Center and Arrow Ministries.
Known for his adeptness in program structure/design, budgeting, staff development and training, regulatory compliance, and customer service, Marcus has made significant contributions in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors dedicated to IDD care. His proven track record includes establishing successful programs and fostering crucial business partnerships.
